The Springvale team consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The manager and staff go above and beyond with their customer service, and Drew in particular is fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.
Friendly team and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door.
Worst experience, counter ladies are rude to customers and won’t let you into the gym with crocks or boots they could’ve given a warning but instead they ask you to leave immediately, I pay to get access to the gym and to deal with that kind of staff is undeniably the most atrocious thing I’ve experienced at a gym.
Lousy customer service!!!
