Very disappointing experience with the Nunawading Melbourne branch. I contacted them multiple times by phone, email, and in person to resolve this issue, but no proper responsibility was taken. When I first called to cancel, the staff member confirmed that my cancellation had been processed. At no point was I told that I needed to submit any additional request in person.
