The worst membership cancellation method i’ve ever come across. Need to change it now.
Cameron was incredibly helpful with setting up and unfreezing my membership. He made the whole process quick and easy, and suggested getting a fob, which has made accessing the gym so much easier. He went above and beyond by staying after 1pm, even after staff had finished for the day, to make sure everything was sorted for me. Great customer service, very friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
