I train in the mornings. So it’s a 5 star review from me. Great range of machines and facilities in the gym. The live counter helps a lot to see how crowded the gym is. Also love the free scanners and the massage chairs. Gotta mention tho, if you someone training in the evening, good luck!! it’s packed with over 200 people easily and sometimes it’s not the friendliest staff at the front. But for me, it works well in the mornings

The best gym around! It can get a bit busy during peak hours (around 6–8), but overall, I’m really happy with this gym.

On surface the gym looks great but throughout the weeks, things have started falling apart. Chairs in the bathroom, taps from the sink but most importantly, the gym equipment. ‘Maintenance’ signs get placed on equipment often, cables aren’t lubricated creating weird resistance, some machines also not lubricated/smooth making resistance profiles janky. It was great at the start but now it’s frustrating. Membership is cheap but unfortunately that reflects in the experience.

Very disappointed with the experience today. My wife and I both have memberships and were told we could bring a friend for a free pass. When we arrived, the manager at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She made everything unnecessarily complicated and insisted on charging $20 for a one-day pass — which we were fine with — but we just didn’t want our friend to know we were paying for her. She refused to take the payment in advance and made us pay in front of our friend when she arrived, which was very embarrass... read more
