Hi Team, I hope you are well. I would like to bring to your attention that the massage chairs (black chairs) at the Ellenbrook gym are not working properly. In my opinion, they seem to be low-quality and do not match the reputation of Revo Fitness. Considering members are paying significant fees, it is disappointing that the equipment is not functioning as expected. I used to really enjoy training at this gym, but the standards have declined to an unacceptable level. The equipment is not being properly serviced or maintained. During my session this morning, I found two coach screws protruding from the equipment where it is clearly not being adequately secured. This presents an obvious safety risk. This is not an isolated incident. I’ve repeatedly noticed poorly maintained equipment, including multiple squat racks with missing screws. Cleanliness is also a serious concern.
