Extremely unprofessional. I hired this company for the dryer duct inspection and $99 dollar cleaning special. The guy showed up over 30 minutes later then the scheduled time. Next the employee takes less then a minute to inspect the dryer ducts and states I need a deep cleaning and quoted me 699. Luckily I just sticked with the basic. So the employee then takes out debris from the dryer duct for less then two minutes and is done. The employee left the debris he took out all over and destroyed my outdoor floor mat. I scheduled Revo for a chimney cleaning after seeing their $119 special. When they arrived, they said the chimney on the house needed cleaning beyond the $119 “basic” cleaning. They charged over $800 for two chimneys to be cleaned. Completely misled about this “special” and will never use this company for anything in the future. Also tried to upcharge me for other services, which was completely unprofessional after they misled me about the original chimney cleaning fee.
The tech was very nice, but I wish we hadn’t called them. We put down a deposit to do some work on our chimney, but reconsidered before any work was attempted. We’ve called 6-7 times in the past week and a half and still can’t get a response. Every time we call, a customer service agent says they’ll “send our request to a manager and let us know.” We’ve never received a call back. Since no work was completed we’ve had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. I’m not sure why they won’t give us the deposit back. Am... read more

The technician and his team came out the following day after scheduling and did a fantastic job with cleaning out the dryer vent. Definitely recommend.
