Horrible customer service, never got a response when I sent them an email after purchasing a valve body for a 68rfe. Then after I sent my core back I never received the refund for the core, over a month with 0 emails from RevMax. When I called and expressed my concern about their customer service and the lack of a core credit, the guy I talked to which I believe was Mark was immature unprofessional just kept talking over me saying "have a blessed day" and he repeated that over and over, that was his only response. I have to give a shout out and a big thank you to all the folks at RevMax! They built a 700 Signature Series Transmission in less than a week so we could get it broken in and get ourselves out to Las Vegas for a SEMA load in. Great facility, great people, and great products. We can’t say enough about Jay and Shai and the shop manager while we’re particular stand outs. They took great care of me.
