Ordered a Transmission, 4 weeks later called to get a status update, the said it was scheduled to ship the end of the week, called on weeks 5. I got the same response, EOW. Finally after week 6, and getting the same excuse, I decided to cancel my order. If they can’t even build out and ship a product on a decent timeline. I’d hate to see how they react during a warranty claim. It’s already impossible enough to get them on the phone and get a status update.
Bought a 700 series 68rfe and it’s flawless and it’s amazing the difference in clamping force with the TC how it utilizes the actual torque of the motor. Jay was great help
Purchased a 68RFE 550 and the truck has never shifted better. Unit was shipped quick and Jay was a huge help in answering any questions I had as well as assisting with core return.
I cant even begin to express the disgust and disappointment I have with revmax. I have zero confidence in this company and am amazed they are still in business. I ordered a valve body from them and installed it in my truck. I took the truck for a test drive, and no longer had second gear. I pulled it out, and reinstalled my old valve body, restoring second gear. I sent it in to be tested. They confirmed it to be bad and over the course of several months, built me another valve body.
