Not very good customer service. I needed to change my payment to a different card from my bank. I have rented a unit but there is no where to put a different payment. I've called many times no call back or answer. I sent many messages no messages back. I would like to pay my unit.
These guys were amazing to work with me when I fell a little bit behind and they were so considerate I don't think I've ever rented from a better place!
I was only using there Facilities for a short time while I was trying to find a new home in Belvedere. Very clean and a good value,The Manager TC is a very nice person to work with. Thank,you. TC Best regards Alan Kramer
