I am a massage therapist myself, and Diane is one of the most attentive and effective massage therapists I've ever had work on me. I've had some dysfunctional movement and discomfort in my shoulder for 6+ years, and I've had massages from very good, reputable massage therapists that helped, but did not solve the underlying problems.
