I'm truly disappointed. I reached out to this company to act as my primary care physician back in November after having difficulty finding a brick and mortar provider through BCBS of Tennessee. The Revive Health customer service and leadership team with whom I have interacted have been horrible. Not only do they not seem to care about their patients at all, but they didn't even seem to have basic knowledge about the operation of their business. I have had this program with my employer for over a year and absolutely love it. Our whole family has used it and the doctors have been remarkable. We also get free prescriptions through their program and that is AWESOME!
