This clinic has several locations. The location on East 17th Street is excellent, the reception staff are polite, always helpful, and willing to explain things. The doctors are also very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, the location on Brighton was a complete disappointment. In a psychiatric clinic, where people with mental disorders in particular seek treatment, there is no place for rude people who treat you like trash. I just spoke with the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life. I think working as a secretary in the same clinic for eight years made her forget that she is, in fact, a secretary, not a doctor. She could have simply and kindly explained that a request for an emergency refill was sent to the doctor and that we need to wait for a response. The receptionists are very nice. The whole office and other areas are clean. They will see you at the time your appointment was scheduled. Make sure you call in advance though and that is why they are well organized with their appointments. Washrooms are very clean. NP David Johnson is great. He really is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Tiffany Lawson too. Jasmine at the front desk is a sweetheart and her co-worker.
