I'm very thankful for this place. Everyone has been so kind and so professional. The rules are there to protect the residents who are trying to heal. As a family member, I understand it's difficult, but it is a sacrifice that is well worth the results. If you have someone here, be kind to the staff. They care, and they're doing the best that they can. It is a difficult situation, and people who are in rehab aren't always in the most joyful mental state. This place doesn’t know what they are doing. They treat their employees bad and make them work 60 hours a week for little pay. They have 1 small bathroom that is share between all residents and staff. They have no confidentiality because noone has private office space for therapy. Staff are overwhelmed. Residents are denied rights and get restrict to what food they eat and when they can eat it. This place is like a prison not a rehab.
