I have been attending Revive365 in Mount Shasta since October 2024. The classes are phenomenal. Justin, Jenny and Fred are great coaches. Each of them has their own style, and all of them are considerate of elderly students. When we have a class mixed with students in their 60s or 70s and students in their 20s or 30s, the coaches make sure we old timers do not become disillusioned by having to keep up with the youngsters. Amazing facility with an even better staff. Always encouraging and positive with great knowledge and instruction. They push you to go hard while continually making sure you’re safely lifting and your form is correct. Super pleased with results.

I got into this with a focus on physical fitness with excellent results, and additionally found myself impressed by the positive outcomes in both mind and Spirit that accompany such an effective program. Justin and Jenny are highly knowledgeable and caring coaches. Confidence inspiring and life changing no matter where you are at with your fitness level, or what your goals may be. Something for everyone.
