I love going here always relaxing and Sarah is the best !!
I've had services with Kirsten and several of the great healers and counselors in her network since 2023 and they have been a gift in my life❤I've enjoyed a few yoga classes and some of the workshops in that time and have gained something positive from each and every one! Plus, the shop is super cute and has lots of things i enjoy. The "calm down, Karen" tea is delicious 😋

Her knowledge and understanding of the body and my tension areas were obvious, and she tailored the massage perfectly to my specific needs. I felt safe, heard, and cared for throughout. The overall place is a total vibe! From the beautiful music and decor to the lovely shop I browsed after finishing my appointment. 10/10 recomm... read more
Beautiful building with wonderful energy! Nicole's massage was very therapeutic and I will be back!
