I had a great experience at my last session here. I booked a nervous system regulation massage, and I really appreciated how the therapist listened to all of my specific requests. She has an intuitive way of helping my nervous system settle without using intense pressure as I requested, but was still able to work the knots out that felt like they had been stuck for awhile. I left feeling much more relaxed right after, but really felt the biggest impact a few days later. I booked another session and will be back!
Very thorough, explained things well. I think I caught myself falling asleep multiple times which is amazing. Perfect amount of pressure.
I had a great experience! I was worried that 45 minutes would not be enough time to address issues, but this deep tissue massage was simultaneously very relaxing and very effective work & I will be returning.
Phenomenal massage, very attentive and intentional.
