Had a massage today with Dawn Sheppard, all I can say is wow! The best massage I have ever had. I was almost asleep which has never happened before!
I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Melody, and it was wonderful. I didn’t realize before coming that it doesn’t involve hard pressure, but it was still incredibly relaxing – I left feeling lighter and refreshed.
The BEST massage I’ve ever had. Denise is the first MT that has actually listened and executed exactly what I was hoping to get from my massage. My body has not been able to move this freely in a long time. During my workout today I was able to have smoother range of motion and just felt BETTER. 6 months post partum and feeling like myself in the way my body moves after one session. The treatment area was also beautiful.
Had a wonderful massage and cranial release session with Denise today. The tension, muscle aches and foot pain I have been dealing with have decreased significantly. I feel REVIVED, recharged and ready to face the world. Thank you Denise!
