Lene Neyhart did a fantastic job! I had a wax appointment and she made it very easy and comfortable. They even stay open late!
Response: The lack of communication is what caused you to lose business. I would’ve appreciated transparency. In the future, give your customers a phone call to reschedule rather than being told “one second” then servicing someone well over 15 minutes of my appointment time as I sat clueless in the lobby (you have cameras and can clearly see when the last client walked out your door).
