This was the worst experience possible. I was told she would be here between 6:30 and 7pm. She never bothered to let me know she was on her way or even close when I reached out at 6:48pm she mentioned traffic was heavy. She texted me at 7:04pm saying here I seen no one on my ring camera but still got to the door as fast as I could a couple days out of surgery. No one was there. There were also no missed calls.
