A fun, encouraging and friendly environment to train in. Rotating programs keep things fresh.
I tried many of the gyms in the area when I moved to this side of town, and Revive Thrive was by far the best. The trainers are warm and personable and take the time to understand what your body can do. They have supported me a lot to learn to move properly, whereas many other places I tried just assumed I knew how to exercise and didn’t offer much support. I've been going to Thrive Revive for years and I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are so supportive and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals, no matter your level of fitness. Whether you’re into strength, HIIT or yoga, the range of classes included in the membership keeps things fresh and motivating.
