My med provider Katelyn Kelly is amazing but revive it's self is just horrible therapist aren't any good very unprofessional and there billing department is completely incompetent

Update: 0 Stars - Dr. Thomas left the practice. Revive reports that they have not (and have no plans to) hire a new MD or DO, and I have not been able to get the paperwork / patient records promised to me by Revive staff. FYI: Revive hounds new patients to leave 5-star reviews within hours of their first appointment, and unfortunately my initial review (below) shows what happens when patients are pressured/manipulated to leave reviews before they really know the practice (and its overt shortcomings).
