I am leaving this review about a concern regarding professional boundaries and conduct at this business. Following my husbands massage appointment , there was ongoing personal communication by text and phone that was unrelated to scheduling or services. When this communication was questioned, explanations provided by therapist were inconsistent, I asked to see the message interaction for clarity but it was later stated that the messages had been deleted, which raised concerns regarding transparency and professionalism.
