My husband likes this place, experienced differed gravel. I went for a massage on Sunday morning, I had the guy, he left my massage about 7 times to go serve and organise people outside. Massage time wasn’t compensated properly. Overall massage didn’t target areas I told him. Not a fan of it !
Located next to the food court, on the side with the children’s play equipment. Love this place. I have been many times. I get acupuncture from Grace and she is amazing. I’ve had a remedial massage too and had nothing but good experiences. They always ask me if the pressure is okay. Really surprised with the other reviews, this place never disappoints me. I even got friends and family some vouchers for here for Christmas that’s how good I think it is!
I’m sharing this to give the employees some insight, and hopefully they will take something away from this. I went for a remedial massage and was greeted nicely at reception. That same lady brought me to the treatment room and proceeded with the massage. It’s not uncommon for masseuse to greet you at the desk. I went here yesterday for 60 mins remedial massage. I asked for hard level of massage but the masseuse was so painfully rough with my arm and neck/head muscles that when I said please ease up a little it really hurts she kept saying just trust me it’s worth it. It was so painful I kept saying please ease up and she ignored and kept going. The pressure of her elbow was so hard behind my ears that they were ringing I felt like she was going to injure me. The place is very clean and calming. The masseur was very skillful. She found the knots in my back straightaway. I had a great neck and shoulder massage.
