Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable!! Rooms were very clean.
I had such a great experience when visiting today as I am new to town! Reese helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable while answering all of my questions and giving me all the information about all they have to offer. Even though I didn’t make a purchase today, she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable, and I’m excited about joining glo tanning soon. Excellent customer service all around! Thank you, Reese!
I have been going to the House Springs location for about 2 weeks and visited the Washington location once. The staff is very kind at both locations. I have had a pleasant experience so far however it would be nice if these 2 locations had the same equipment so it is easier to say what bed you wanna use OR if it in the system Im not sure it was found by the staff. Love glo tan and so many services offered!!!! You can get it all red light, skin wellness, massage, tan even spray tans!!! For your monthly membership you can’t beat it! The staff very knowledgeable and ALWAYS friendly and willing to help!!!!!! I have used serval different tan co and hands down Glo is the best!!!!!
I absolutely love all the spa treatments they have to offer but the girls that work there are the best! They are so sweet and very knowledgeable.But with that being said I believe an additional $15.00 on top of my monthly fee every time I want to spray tan, is ridiculous and then tell me it's because of the tariffs. Enough is enough everyone is reaching too deep in our lppppppp
