The gals that work in the House Springs location! They always remember our names are friendly and professional, work super hard to keep things clean and running smoothly. The beds and spa services are well maintained.
Just joined tonight! Oh my goodness what a great experience! The staff "Holland and Maddie" was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and did an amazing job with getting me dialed in! Already looking forward to going back tomorrow! Only regret, wish I joined sooner!
This is fast and easy. They always try to sale you skin care products. Even when you dont want them. But some people do.
Tried to cancel my account last month and had trouble speaking with Customer service I was told I wouldn’t be able to cancel my account until I pay for the month of August and second council on the first so I’ve been waiting for the payment to go through. The payment just went through on September 1 when it normally goes through on 22 August, I have not used any of the services. I just need to cancel my account. I don’t know why they make it so difficult. All I know is if I have to pay another $72 I’m gonna be pissed
This location has the best employees! Explaining how everything works and great products. We purchased a membership and love it so far!
