Tried to cancel my account last month and had trouble speaking with Customer service I was told I wouldn’t be able to cancel my account until I pay for the month of August and second council on the first so I’ve been waiting for the payment to go through. The payment just went through on September 1 when it normally goes through on 22 August, I have not used any of the services. I just need to cancel my account. I don’t know why they make it so difficult. All I know is if I have to pay another $72 I’m gonna be pissed
This location has the best employees! Explaining how everything works and great products. We purchased a membership and love it so far!
