LOVE this place. First time doing Pilates. They make me feel so welcome. Everyone is just soooooo nice. They have created such a warm and inviting environment, and all my anxiety melts away when I am doing Pilates. I went for the workout and becoming fit, but I’ll definitely be staying for the teachers who are such nice sweet funny people. One of the best fitness and pilates places I have ever been. I love how warm and knowledgable all instructors are ❤️ Heather, Dicey, June, Sean, Claudine, Lois❤️ all amazing teachers, I thank them all for their contribution. The staff is always helpful with any questions you have! I had personal approach and loved every class. It is so much fun.
