I booked a 1‑hour massage at Revive Studios and was required to pre‑pay the full amount of $125.50. On the day of my appointment, I did everything I could to get there on time from my workplace, but heavy traffic put me about 15 minutes late. As soon as I walked in, I was told they would have to rebook me — and that I would lose the entire amount I had already paid. No partial refund, no credit, nothing. I was shocked. I highly recommend Revive Studios, Rachel is my go to for massage therapy and I love topping up with a RLT session at the end!!

The massage itself are exceptional. All the therapists are attentive and skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure and focusing on areas where I carried the most tension. I appreciated how they checked in occasionally to ensure everything felt right without disrupting the overall of the experience. Thanks Rachel, Abby and Andrea!!!
