Neck surgery staff was awesome!
Lack of care and compassion. Plus they closed this office forcing everyone to go to Niagara Falls for appt. They are a money grab office.
Staff is very welcoming, clean and nice environment.
I have had a wonderful experience at both the Orchard park and Buffalo location. The entire staff is pleasant and very polite. They understand my needs and have been such a great help along this stressful recovery journey.
I was very lucky to discover Dr. Vigna, He gave me my life back. I woke up from surgery and the pain I had for 2 years was gone. Everyone there is very nice. Matt is caring and answers all questions.
