1 star is generous. I paid $200 for a gift card to this business, and when my mother-in-law finally tried to use it, they turned her away and offered a pathetic “$25 off” instead. Imagine taking people’s money upfront and then refusing to honor what was already paid for. What makes it even worse is this gift was bought for her after the passing of her mother so she could finally do something nice for herself. You have something very special about Karamia. She has set THE STANDARD of what a facial should be. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the products she was using….but the massage…THE MASSAGE!!!!
