Ciera really gives a great haircut and listens to her clients.
My first visit was by referral and was with Julia Fox. I have black hair and wanted blonde highlights . Every salon I have ever been too has always had issues with the color coming out reddish/brassy. Julie did my hair perfect the very first time. She nailed it I’m super happy with the results and will be returning as well as giving out references for this salon. Julia did my hair and gave me a terrible haircut. I had to go to a different salon to have it corrected. Julia gave me a basic, uneven haircut right out of hair school and talked about herself the whole time rather than pay attention to what she was doing. She over values her skill set so she can charge more but she’s no better than a level one stylist. She’s not talented, I do not recommend her for a haircut and I suggest staying away from her altogether or she might ruin your hair.
Julia did my hair. She gave me a basic, blah, mediocre haircut right out of hair school. She is condescending, self absorbed and has an attitude. She talked about herself the entire time offering me extensive details about her life which made me uncomfortable. She does not pay attention to detail, she over values her skill set thereby over charging for her services. She’s not talented and I do not recommend her for a haircut and for your sanity I suggest staying away from her.
I booked my appointment using their website. It says wash, cut and style. When i got to the salon I was brought to the chair and I explained how I wanted it cut. She began cutting my hair dry. I was never asked if I wanted it shampooed.I even said to her that I never had my hair cut dry before? I feel like I was ripped off from the salon experience. Especially after researching the many in our area. I picked wrong. Unfortunately.
