I wouldn't add a star at all for these people here. I waited 5hr yesterday just to be on visual appointment another hr just to be left waiting and no response until i had to call them back the next day.while they go home and have a nice night then not to even return a call to say sorry after all they made me pay yesterday. Honestly, one of the smoothest clinic visits I’ve had. Faith at the front desk set the tone right away — super friendly and efficient without that cold “next-in-line” vibe you get at some places. Katy, the MA, was calm and professional, kept things moving without rushing anything. And Amanda Thompson, the NP — she actually listened, explained things clearly, and made the whole visit feel personal and thorough.
