Excellent pelvic floor physiotherapist for diastasis recti! I am so glad I finally found someone who actually has knowledge about DR and knows correct way to treat it! Dr Meena’s attention to detail and support were invaluable. Her gentle and holistic approach improved my overall well-being and significantly reduced my DR gap from 4 fingers to 1 and 1/4 in just 12 sessions! Very Professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with DR issues!
I have been receiving therapy from Pragna Wood OT and she is outstanding. She is kind and considerate while being totally professional. My back has stopped hurting so I am no loner using pain patches by the box. We are working on resolving my other issues. I would recommend Pragna without hesitation.
After the first time I met doctor Meena, I bought the 12 sessions package. Doctor Meena knows the in and out of muscle alignments and human body. The first time I met her, she took a close look at how I stand and identified the issue. I worked with revive clinic for the last two years and got fantastic care before, during and after my pregnancy. I started seeing Dr Meena for issued related to a very tight pelvic floor- Cervical checks (pap smear) were always very painful for me. I was diagnosed fairly quickly and started the 3-step treatment. The therapists focused on physical recovery by recommending several exercises.
