After 4 pregnancies & a hospital stay at the end of last year I was starting from ground zero. China took the time to work with my hypermobility, strengthened my pelvic floor & core, and focused on isometric & isolation work to help build a strong foundation. China is an amazing trainer! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to make sure you’re using proper form so you’re making gains without getting hurt. She pushes you when you need it but always makes you feel supported. I’ve gotten stronger and more confident since working with her. Highly recommend China!
I can't brag on this place enough. They give kids such an amazing opportunity to learn from some brilliant coaches the ins and outs of not only fitness but weight lifting and character development. China is a brilliant manager and the staff is fantastic. My kids love going. Can't tell them no.
A great gym that offers personal training, group training, camps, open gym, spin classes, and so much more. Very clean gym. Great staff and great members. I highly recommend!! It's not just another gym!
Had an absolute blast with our homeschool friends. My kids were super sore and loved it. So excited to go back and train.
