I’m not very happy with my care right now and the provider isn’t listening. I’ve been on a high dose of benzodiazepines for 20 years and I was told this would be a 2 year taper. They’re taking me down by 1milligram every week! Putting my life in danger I have had 5 grand mal seizures for this same reason. I so disappointed I thought I had found a place that took me serious as I can DIE from tese kolopin withdrawals! They want I mean are going to take me down another MG this next visit. Beware if u want 2 use their transportation to get to The clinic you gotta start calling in at least an hour ahead of time or more then its first come first serve so beware missing your meds if you can't spend an hour on the phone trying to get through to real person every single day, then i love it when they put you on hold and forget that youre there for 30 minutes then it's your fault you didn't make the cut off in time!!!! The system is a joke
The staff at the front desk & everyone I encounter there is so friendly. Adrianna helps me deal with my issues & Atta helps to find the medication that works for me
