I was pretty skeptical about seeing an Osteopath... What even is an Osteopath? I still don't know, but I know that Melissa is awesome. I've always had a "no pain no gain" mindset when it came to physical therapy, but Melissa has made some very significant changes in how my neck, shoulder and hips feel through a very gentle process. 10/10 experience!
