I attended yoga classes with Alison for 18-months before I moved away from the Sunshine Coast and I have found wonderful yoga sessions in the Cairns northern beaches. However, the instruction and teachings from Alison were the best possible prelude to my being able to jump into classes elsewhere. Alison is an excellent teacher of yoga. She has an extensive knowledge of asanas and this, combined with her empathetic and caring teaching style encourages students of all abilities. I have attended classes with Alison for 4 years. At the start I was very rusty,but with Alison's encouragement and direction, over that time I have improved my yoga practice and consequenty, my health dramatically. I have been enjoying Alison's yoga classes for 2 years, twice a week and highly recommend her wonderful personalised teaching style. The small class setting and lovely environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing yet energising experience. I really appreciate that Alison has supported my growth by adjusting the poses to my level of ability.
