Alison is an excellent teacher of yoga. She has an extensive knowledge of asanas and this, combined with her empathetic and caring teaching style encourages students of all abilities. I have attended classes with Alison for 4 years. At the start I was very rusty,but with Alison's encouragement and direction, over that time I have improved my yoga practice and consequenty, my health dramatically. I have been enjoying Alison's yoga classes for 2 years, twice a week and highly recommend her wonderful personalised teaching style. The small class setting and lovely environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing yet energising experience.
