Revive was great, very helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. At first, I was frustrated because insurance can be so confusing and I didn’t fully understand what was covered. They took the time to explain that I needed to meet my deductible before services would be covered, which can definitely be frustrating but that is not on them. My insurance told me that they could possibly cover me. They themselves weren’t sure. I had called here prior to my first appointment and was told that my insurance could also possibly cover me. So this could be my own fault, but I had two or three appointments for around 20 minutes each. I was charged 300-400 for each appointment. It took awhile for the cost to appear so that’s why I went to the second appointment since I assumed that my insurance had covered my first appointment.
