First I have to encounter a grumpy and unfriendly masseuse, then .... poor service from the owners. I emailed the shop about this and received no response. They clearly don't care either.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Never Recommend I booked my massage appointment online several days in advance. I received confirmation via email and text, and I even called to reconfirm. When I arrived, I was treated very rudely and told my name wasn’t on their list. I showed them the confirmation email, but still had to wait over 30 minutes while the staff went upstairs and didn’t come back to update me. I have tried 4 thai massage stores in Crows Nest and so far this shop is the best. She was professional, spot on working on your body. Highly recommend her.
