Becca is an amazing personal trainer!!! I’ve been working with Becca 1:1 for over a year and she’s helped me make an incredible transformation. When we started, I was recovering from injury and very sedentary. I could barely walk and so scared of falling. She helped me focus on basic movements that increased my confidence in getting up off of the couch, climbing the stairs, and getting in and out of the bath.
