Coach Daniel put together an outstanding off season performance training class for the Edwardsville Lacrosse team. He benchmarked the boys in several strength and agility disciplines and they all saw huge improvements by the end of the program. Can't wait to get our players back in class after the season.
Hands down, the BEST coaches and overall experience that I’ve ever had at a fitness facility. In fact, it’s the only one that has ever gotten me to come back consistently. If you’re “not a gym” person, but want to FEEL better, I would encourage you to utilize the free trial. It might just change your life 😊
I've tried several gyms and fitness classes through the years, and Revive It blows them all out of the water. I love so many things about the gym, but one thing that I truly appreciate is the consistency. I never worry about classes being canceled. I also love the consistency of each day focusing on a certain area. The coaches are friendly, helpful, and always upbeat. You can't go wrong with Revive It!
