Garbage Customer Service, Machines that are purchased do not last. Bought an HP Elite 8200 UDST last year. Few weeks in, motherboard fails. Im told after some trouble shooting it happens. After some back and forth, a replacement is sent out. I also buy an HP Elitebook from another company at the same time. 2nd 8200, same deal, look up the issue and see 8200s are notorious for motherboard failures with the fans on the PC sounding like a jet engine and not booting. I originally gave them a 1 star review...they have since resolved the issue in spectacular form.
So far, they've stolen $16 from me. I ordered a computer from them off ebay. I noticed directly after the order that it was being shipped to the wrong address (old address, I just recently moved, I concede that this part was my fault). This was on a Sunday. Directly after the order, I sent them the new address and requested it be changed before shipment. I was met with an Out of Office reply.
