Highly recommend. I had a wonderful experience last week with Krystle for a cut and style. Whether you know what cut you want or have no idea, Krystle makes it easy to communicate either way. She was gentle, the head (and bonus hand!) massage were amazing, and even the chairs were extra comfortable. Shampoo chairs are always uncomfortable for me after a few minutes, but these totally support your neck. It was like a mini spa day. Most important, I'm thrilled with my cut!
