I don’t Recommend this gym I haven’t had a membership over 2 1/2 years and when I did it was $48 a month. Just found out that they’ve been taking $100 a month on my credit card for 2 1/2 years I contact the old owner and he told me I got to contact the new owner. I contacted the new owner and still getting the runaround. What a joke.
I have been training with Bryan for years to manage my back injury. It's made such a difference in my life. If you have an injury or a goal in mind Bryan is the man to see
Bryan is amazing! Are you injured? He’s your man. After two weeks of sciatic pain filled and sleepless nights I had one session with Bryan and unbelievably, that night I slept through to morning. Admittedly I had been having good PT with Kyle who brought me improvement over the two weeks and I had been taking a pain medication that gives not immediate, but gradual relief. But it was the creative work of Bryan that brought it all together for my first blessed night of sleep in two weeks!
Great equipment, friendly people, and the washroom smells like skittles🌈
Great gym! The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and all ages. Convenient location. Fantastic personal training. Bryan has been incredible to work with!
