I would like to give zero stars, I went asking for X, they started giving me Y without asking or understanding properly my case, and wanted to charge for it (its OHIP covered), I asked to speak with the doctor before they start poking me for things I didn't ask, waited for more than an hour, left without seeing the doctor because my patience was gone by that point, the nurse (or triage lady or whoever talk to you before seeing the doctor) did not understand what I said TWICE, reception was a mess, 3 people behind the counter... read more

My family doctor referred me to this clinic months ago. My appointment arrived and there was no parking. I waited an hour for the doctor to see me before I had to leave due to the fact I couldn’t sit around and wait to be seen for hours. Front desk was incredibly rude to me. I will never go back to this clinic. Terrible experience.

I was called for an appointment a day before the appointment after waiting for 3-4 months. On the day of appointment, the doctor said, she only wants to do cervical pathology otherwise she will not treat me. Her office has not collected my blood results and ultrasound from my family doctor, so the 1st visit was wasted, as I was asked to do an ultrasound and booked for another appointment after a month. In the 2nd appointment, I only spoke with her assistant doctor, who said I have PCOS and refer me herbal treatment for that.... read more

I was referred to Dr. Murad by my PCP for fertility services, and I really enjoyed my experience with this clinic. Dr. Murad is patient, thorough, informative, and willing to work with your preferences and comfort level in mind. The support team at this clinic is phenomenal and so supportive.
