I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for 10:30 am, only to receive a call at that exact time informing me that they couldn’t proceed with my appointment because I hadn’t been physically in the clinic within the past year. I understand the policy, but notifying me only at the time of my appointment rather than earlier in the day (when they could see this issue) felt like poor service. A heads-up earlier in the morning would have allowed me to make alternate arrangements.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Revive Cosmetic & Skin Clinic, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. Nigel did an amazing job repairing my stretched earlobes, and his skill and attention to detail are truly impressive.
