I have been wanting to hire Revive Cleaners for while after reading their business model. I booked for a deep clean as I’m listing my house for sale and was having photos taken the next day. They deserve a zero ranking. They are a complete scam. They take your money in advance and then send you a novice cleaner. She didnt even know what she will be doing. I told her I sent you a big note already while booking, she said she didnt know. So I again explained her what she supposed to be doing, will beusing our vacuum cleaner and I paid for a deep clean already. Steer clear. The contact person at the service didn't follow through on his promise/assurance to meet with us to discuss our cleaning needs, nor could he be arsed to explain why he was a no-show.
Loved my clean. The lady was prompt, quick effective, brought her own supplies and made my place improve 100*. I was impressed by the detail and consideration given. Strongly recommend and will be recommending to friends and family!
