I had a great experience at Revive Car Wash! The whole process was quick, smooth, and very convenient. I especially loved that they have multiple vacuum stations available, so there’s little to no waiting time. It made cleaning the inside of my car super easy. Definitely a fast and hassle-free place to get your car cleaned — highly recommend!
I waited behind 6–7 cars today, and when it was finally my turn, I was informed that I couldn’t go through the car wash due to some damage on my bumper. i understand they are trying to avoid liability issues. Maybe having staff quickly check vehicles while customers are lining up could help avoid situations like this and save everyone’s time. Just sharing my experience so others can be aware.
Wanted one car wash, system kept asking for membership, over and over; no option for single one time wash. Asked for membership over and over, after hitting buttons for five minutes it finally prompted single car wash. There was ZERO option for this at the start of the transaction. Are you forcing people into memberships? We couldn’t even back out to get out of line. Your system is screwed, we will never be back. Once again there was zero prompt for single car wash only.
