I had purchased a membership for my new truck to keep it looking new. While signing up , I expressed my concern to the employee about the wash not being "Touchless" and was assured that their synthetic wash strips do not scratch as nothing sticks to them. BUT, after using the wash for awhile, I noticed scratches appearing and becoming very noticable in the sunlight. I took my new truck to a detail shop for inspection. Hi, I’d like to provide some honest feedback. I found the car wash service worth the $5 introductory offer price I paid, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for a $28+ price point. Several areas of concern stood out: My tires and rims were left extremely dirty, with little to no cleaning. Both side mirrors were moved significantly during the wash, and I had to readjust them myself. The car was only partially dry—maybe around 70%—and there was brown dust remaining on the hood. Friendly helpful staff, clean facility, and a car wash that actually does what it says the first time. Take advantage of the monthly program, definitely a money saver if you go at least one time a week.
