Don't ever schedule a massage with erika, her massage is not of very good quality compared to others at revive. There are many others there who will respect you, and appreciate your business. I have never canceled a massage with her, but when i asked 10 days prior to a scheduled massage, if i could change it she said that i would have to pay 50 percent, if i ever canceled. Very relaxing yet invigorating massage.
I've had regular massages for the last 8 years due to an old injury. It is very difficult to find someone that can maintain pressure and I was thrilled to find Erika Burwell. She's the BEST I've ever been to. Make sure you tell her when you want more or less pressure on different areas. She's a great listener and wants to help. My only wish is that there were more of her!
