I came here to check the reviews after having an unpleasant experience and wanting to see if it was just me. I should have read the reviews before trying this place. Seems I had the same issue as others posted here. My spine hurts. It wasn’t relaxing. She was upset with a 20% tip I rounded down because I didn’t have singles and wasn’t happy with the massage. I felt bullied into giving her more which I did because she was standing in front of the door and I wanted to leave.
I was very happy with my experience, it was a smooth experience. Staff were all very nice and helpful. My masseuse was incredible and gave me a number of great recommendations for at home stretches and body care!!
I've gone to this location for a handful of times now. Previous experiences were fine however last week, my experience with Coco was beyond words. I had called for a 1 hour massage and asked if the previous person I had was available, she was not so I went with Coco. I told her I'd be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived, she immediately upsold me to 90 minutes, I agreed because I had already known I needed extra work and I was going to ask her but she first insisted instead.
