It was a terrible experience. When I got there the woman tried to make me tip her 50% and when I tried to tip 25% she got mad. What a scam this is. The massage was hurtful too she was pressing so hard on my bones instead of my muscles.
Horrible experience. I booked an appt online and when I walked in the lady was shocked to see someone there. Before we for started she told me to pay and looked annoyed that I was using a card . The she asked me how much I was going to tip her which is beyond rude and unprofessional. I told her idk most people give a tip after the service is complete! It was anything but relaxing! I’ve been going to the Spa, for 2 years , I have always experienced a professional and courteous response from staff. They are from China - Chinese speaking , little English , but I use Google Translate . They are very attentive, they are always asking if Too Hard - Too Hot - Too Cold , etc They get many walk-ins which, unfortunately takes them away from a client , for a minute . What a scam. Charged higher than posted price. Masseuse talked to another employee during parts of my massage. Then through halting English told me to leave a 50% tip! When I left 25% she communicated for me to leave and not come back, (which I wouldn't have done anyway because the massage was a 3 ou of 10.) Awful experience.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom and I went for the 60 minute head massage and it was everything but relaxing. They just scrubbed our hair with a weird smelling soap for an hour. The water was ice cold. Both of the woman were very aggressive, my mom is sore from how hard the lady massaged her neck and head. They ripped through both of our hair with a hair brush constantly.
