I love being at this Salon! So welcoming and friendly.
They say they have parking which is false. They'll keep your card on file then when you can't find parking and don't show up they'll charge you the fee for your services that day. I'm sure they'll reply to this and say I should have called. You're right. Let me pull over while I'm circling Main St to call you... Your policy is crap. I won't be back. I love this salon! I have been getting my hair highlighted by Jackie for years now and am always impressed. The best atmosphere and service. I have recommended multiple friends to come here and they have also loved it. Best in concord for sure.
Delightful experience every time I’ve gone! I had extensions put in a few years back that matched perfectly and held solid for a long time. Plus, they were helpful to reset them after a while. Hannah for a cut is highly attentive (remembered much about me after a year) and intuitive on how to style/cut - I’ll for sure come back. Always a nice experience here out of all the spots in Concord!
I seriously cannot say enough about Hannah Day to explain how great she is. This was my first time at Revive and she made my entire experience so amazing. She truly made me feel so confident and educated me on the process throughout the entire appointment. I have never been happier with how my hair has looked before!
