I went to a sound healing here and a breath work/movement class and both were wonderful memorable experiences. I also met great people that are magical at what they do and who they are, some which became good friends.
I don't understand why these merchants work with Groupon if they won't respond for requests for an appointment! I have left numerous messages and sent emails. And no response from merchant, really unprofessional and frustrating!
Don't come here no happy endings
Extremely frustrated with this business. I purchased a Groupon and was instructed to email Valentina to make an appointment. I've been emailing Valentina since August 9th, and she has barely responded. At one point she took 16 days to respond, and that was only after I complained to Groupon. I've now been awaiting a response since August 28th, the proposed appointment day has since went and I've never gotten a response. Valentina was very good with the facial service. She is very knowledgeable and explains every detail along the way. She’s also very considerate about any allergies or ingredients that might be sensitive to your skin.
