While on a long road trip my enclosed trailer had a wiring issue (mainly by my own doing). Jonathan was amazing from the beginning. Knowing my situation I was in Jonathan went to his fullest extent to get my family and I back on the road. Jonathan was also very helpful and guidance for the remainder of my trip. I had my tractor repaired at Revival tractor and trailer repair. Jonathan was the technician that greeted me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It did not take long for him to trouble shoot the problem I had. He also pointed out a few safety issues that needed to be addressed. After that he gave me the quote for the job and ordered the parts. Work was done when he said it would be done. I will say he dose quality work. I would recommend Revival Tractor and Trailer repair to anyone. You can't go rong.
I had a very frustrating experience at this shop and with the management/ownership (Johnathan). This is one of the Best mechanic Shops I ever been to...The owner John actually knows his stuff and he's very thorough and he's a Driver as well...You don't go to many shops that the Owner actually gets his hands dirty like that...And his office workers are very polite and make you feel at home
