I found this business on Instagram and was eager to give it a try. However, the price to service ratio is way off. They start off by showing you a microscopic video of your scalp, which is pretty unnecessary and honestly serves as fear mongering to scare you about the condition of your scalp. Staff is friendly but you are left inside the room alone for majority of the treatment. The scalp massage, which I enjoyed, is a small, minute fraction of the service. The scalp facial I had was one of the best birthday gifts! So much so, that when my sis in law came from Ottawa, we made sure she could have the same. The spa was closed for summer holidays but they were kind enough to open the spot for my sister in law coming all the way from Ottawa, as I asked if they could make any exception.
