Not sure what is going on, but I am still waiting for my roof repair after paying for the job in September. I was told the job was scheduled for 3rd week in October. That came and went. Then I was told in mid November. That has come and gone. Still waiting. Not very reliable. They took the money and ran. Bill Menoutis is and has been a master of resolving rejection from our insurance company and took over and created an spectacular outcome of full coverage of our roof recovery when in fact our insurance offered us only a third of our roof replacement.!!! Also throughout the all process Bill told us that every Monday he will keep in touch w us and Thad has happened as well. I want to thank Revival Restoration for a job well done. Bill Menountis in particular. Our roof needed replacing due to hail damage and Bill answered all questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and was a tremendous help from beginning to end. The crew did great work and cleaned up after completion better than I even expected. I would highly recommend this company for all your restoration needs.
